The beans ripen long in the coffee gardens of the Sidamo region – located at 1800 meters above the sea level. The taste of this coffee is velvety, bitter-free, with light overtones of flowers and wine. Experts consider mocha to be one of the noblest coffee varieties, whose deep and velvety taste is best without any
